                                  Mountain Resiliency 

                             A 3-week, field-based, 3-credit, summer special topics course
                                                                  Oct 11th – Nov 11th 2020


Course Description: Do you enjoy learning by doing, spending time in the outdoors, and exploring your passions and interests? Join us on this unique opportunity to explore community-based solutions to some of the world’s most complex problems, while also earning upper division credit towards your degree! 

Where?
Our group will travel across multiple mountain communities in the Himalayas of India, exploring the interdependence and interconnectedness between individuals, their community, and natural systems.

​Why?
Experience the culture of the Himalayas and find new perspectives for approaching relevant environmental, social, and economic issues facing global societies today.
